[Request] whitelist option #245

I want to be able to blanket block all videos that mention horrible soul crushing things in the news, so I blacklist words like "School" "Shooting" "Gunmen" "Murder" etc, but I dont want to accidentally block a channel i actually like just because it has occurrences of phrases like "Murdering zombies" or whatever, so if you could make a whitelist option that would be cool

@amitbl I'm a developer who wants to configure his 7-year-old's ChromeBook (that is controlled via FamilyLink) to only be able to browse and play videos based on a whitelist of channels (like TedEd). From my investigation so far, this isn't supported by Google/Chromebook/FamilyLink/YouTube. A chrome extension seems like my best bet.
