Feature request: Export settings

A way to export settings and upload to different browser profiles easily will make making updates to blocktube across a device much less time consuming. Let me know what you all think.

@TabultaT you can already export (and even import) settings..open the options menu and scroll to the bottom of the page and click export.

i mean to say something like group policy which i now know its already being work on. thanks for the reply.
