I'm not sure if this is supposed to happen but when I imported a file all my other settings- channel names, video ids, channel ids, comment content and checked off settings were all wiped. Since there were no warnings that you couldn't import additional settings I didn't think to back anything up
At the very least I think there should be some sort of warning that importing anything will wipe your settings
