Direct access to Shorts is also blocked, even when "Disable direct access blocking" is enabled #354

when clicking on a link for a short, it still gets blocked and I get redicted to the homepage.

"Disable direct access blocking" is enabled.

Disabling "Block Youtube Shorts videos" fixes it, so it's definitely BlockTube doing it.

On a sidenote: "Disable direct access blocking" is a bit of a confusing double negative. Maybe a rewording to "Enable direct access" would be better?

Confirmed this issue still exists. The only way I can access a short is if it appears in my notifications. Direct access from a URL just redirects to the YouTube home page.
