Add block channel button to shorts #370

The 0.4 build added experimental support for m.youtube.com. I'd like to see a block button added to YouTube shorts.

Hiding a block channel button behind the 3 dots menu where you can click report or add to playlist would avoid cluttering the UI.

Another option is to add the buttons to a channel's home page.
