Scrolling past a blocked short on m.youtube.com also breaks the next short

This issue occurred with Kiwi browser and Blocktube 0.4.0 on m.youtube.com

Replication steps:

1. Add #askreddit to the video title blacklist
2. Scroll through shorts until you see a Reddit stories channel with that hashtag in the title

Expected behavior: The short would be quietly skipped as if it was never in the shorts recommendations

Observed behavior:

1. The short turns black as soon as it starts playing
2. After swiping to the next short, that short is paused and the play button is not responsive
3. Swiping again fixes the play button. Tapping it will play that short. The issue occurs in both directions. Whatever short comes after a blocked short is paused and has a non-responsive play button.

Turning on "Enable Auto-playing next suggested video when blocking occurs" does not fix the issue.

This is still an issue. This is the Kiwi browser console after refreshing the page and scrolling until the first block short, then scrolling one more time to hit the broken short.
