Unable to reset password #398

Earlier I had set a password and I forgot that. Unable to retrieve or reset it.

You can retrieve it, here's how:

  1. Type about:debugging#/runtime/this-firefox into the search bar
  2. Find BlockTube and click on its "inspect" button
  3. In the window that opens, click into the "storage" tab
  4. On the left, click "Extension Storage" and click on the entry in the middle of the screen
  5. A data view opens on the right
  6. Find uiPass
  7. The password is in plain text. Just copy this password into blocktube.
