Don't spam, try to search for duplicates before creating another duplicate.
Pretty straightforward. When I activate advanced blocking feature, Ublock Origin ability to bypass YouTube detection breaks. Causing YouTube to block the playback and display the adblock warning.
Turning off advanced blocking fixes the issue.
