annotations do not print #172

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add an annotation
2. print the page
3. annotation does not print

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
want the annotation to print as it appears on the page

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4.2 on Mac in Safari and Firefox

Fixed in 1.4.5 which is due in a few days
