Scrolling up and down doesn't respond to mouse wheel input. #175

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Wheel scrolling on mouse does not scroll paper
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the page to scroll up and down smoothly.  What happens instead is 
nothing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Flexpaper: 1.4.1 Flex 4.0 (beta) Version. Operating System: Amazon Web Services 
CentOS 5.5 x64, however, this expected feature doesn't work on the Flexpaper 
demo site either.

Please provide any additional information below.

I just found that the wheel scrolling does work in full page view, but now 
regular view.

Fixed in FlexPaper 1.4.2 which is due at the end of March
