Suggestion: Cache loaded page in split mode #241

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. load a large document (e.g. 10 pages) by split mode
2. after the first page is load, scroll until end of document, page by page
3. at the end of document, move scroll bar position to the top to scroll to the 
first page, it will need some time to load the page from server again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
loaded page should show immediately, instead of loading again from server, 
because the network speed maybe slow for remote user, it take long time to wait

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.4.7
