Text missing when printing document from FlexPaper UI #292

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Source PDF has foreground overlay with boxes allocated for text fields
2.The overlay is added to another PDF which contains text fields
3.The final document is a P60 with text fields appearing in boxes.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When viewed in PDF and Flexpaper the fields are displayed in boxes as expected.
When printed.  The text fields are missing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.5.2
Linux

Please provide any additional information below.
Assume the foreground overlay is blocking the text fields from appearing when 
printed.
This is working fine otherwise.  Viewing ok in adobe reader and flexpaper.
Document can be printed from Adobe Reader without issue.
