Preselection is bugged on Chrome #203

** What steps will reproduce the problem?
Go to http://dropdown-check-list.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/doc/ddcl-tests.html

** What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Check out first case: preselection.
Medium and High should be preselected, but on Chrome is only Medium.

** What is your environment?

-- Browser and version: Chrome 13.0.782.107
