IE7 Problem. set direction to rtl #216

** What steps will reproduce the problem?
setting the css direction:rtl attribute in the right css class 

** What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
checkbox shift to the right with horizontal and Vertical scroll bars.

** What is your environment?
-- DropDownCheckList version:1.4-min
-- jQuery version:1.6.1-min
-- jQuery UI version:1.8.13.custom.min

Sorry, but no further work has been done for rtl support in DDCL.  This remains 
an open bug.
