optGroup checkbox is not getting selected during dynamically page loading #278

** What steps will reproduce the problem?
Dynamically generate dropdown with all chechboxes checked for all options 
within optGroup.

** What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Since all the options within optgroup are selected, checkbox for optgroup 
should also be checked. Instead checkbox  for optGroup is not checked.

** What is your environment?
-- DropDownCheckList version: v1.4
-- jQuery version: 1.6.2.min
-- jQuery UI version: ui-1.8.13.custom.min
-- Browser and version: IE7 and IE8

** Please provide any additional information below/Please attach sample
