I am having the exact same problem when I tried to install Version 3.10.2 after
uninstalling 3.9.1
Running: windows 7 ultimate with SP1, English and English keyboard.

here is what the debug.txt file generated:

AutoIt:3.3.8.1 AdminMode Compiled (Os:WIN_7/SP1/X64 OSLang:0409)

3/20/2012 4:56:10 PM
LocK-A-FoLdeR-3.10.2-English-C:\Program Files (x86)\LocK-A-FoLdeR\Lang
C:\Program Files (x86)\LocK-A-FoLdeR\lock-a-folder.exe

version 3.10.1 installs no problems, even the previous version 3.9.2 had no
problem installing and both worked fine. this is the same PC nothing has
changed.
