What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Paste a URL that links to an image (e.g.
http://www.google.com/intl/en_ALL/images/srpr/logo1w.png) into the description
GUI in GE.
2. Save and open in 3D viewer.
What is the expected output or behavior? What do you see instead?
Previously the link would be parsed by GE and the file type recognized by as an
image, so that when the balloon was opened in the 3D viewer it would
automatically show the image.
What application versions (if any) are you using?
