prg-16c can't find settings page #68

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. any touch, swipe, tap, hold only brings up front/back of calc.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to find the settings page. Only ever find the calculator.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
bought on iTunes 2/18/2010. On iPod touch 3rd Gen.

Please provide any additional information below.
