The CounterPath Bria display video that from iDoubs not correct

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Make the video call between iDoubs with CounterPath Bria, GrandStream GXV 3410 
with H.263 and H.264, the Bria and GXV 3410can't display right video image, 
please see attached screenshot.

I think maybe iDoubs not encode video frame in right way before send out.

Also I tried other softphones with iDoubs, all are got same issue.
If make call between bria, other softphones, GXV 3410, then works fine.

The lower half video image is bad.
