Error during install

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I am upgrading to 0.0.4_5 via the Installer v2.63
2. I get this error: "Error during install script execution!"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I want it to upgrade.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I use the 2.63 version of the installer and 0.0.3 of iFlickr.

Please provide any additional information below.

0.0.3 works fine.

Does your installation go through, despite the error. If so are you able to use 
0.0.4_5?

Can you try uninstalling the old version and installing fresh?

It seems I get the same error when trying to uninstall. And also, I get the same
error when trying to install any app. 

Somehow, my iPhone has managed to get un-jailbroken. After jailbreaking it 
again all
now works fine!
