No settings in OS 3.1.1 on my Touch #366

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I just updated to OS 3.1.1
2. After installing quickscroll 0.2-2a, there's no setting in General
3. Strange is that i can still use it in pdf or so, but no settings...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want to see the settings in General

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)?
0.2-2a; iPod Touch; OS 3.1.1

Please provide any additional information below.

Of course there's no QuickScroll settings in General, it is in the main page...
