opj_server not found in the binaries #434

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tried with the latest version 2.1 fpr Linux for JPIP
2. Couldn't find the opj_server
3. Following the steps as mentioned in  the website

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Require the executable

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.1.0 Linux

Please provide any additional information below.
Should we build the workspace and get the executable?

Please send the exact cmake command you used to build openjpeg, please.
