Currently, we set the ARR commitment deadline to INLG at June 12. In this way, we can have the paper submitted on April 15. And we plan to send the notification on July 11. Please suggest if you find any problem about the timeline.
For the review system, we will use START, not open review. In this case, do you know what the organizers usually do to let the authors indicate that they would like to commit? For example, send a google form link to authors?
