Which locales come built-in with our extension?
Lets sort this out for the next stable release.

1. List which locales we support out of the box:
- EN
- BG
- DE
- MK
- NL
- RU

2. List which files do we include in the locales:
ZetaPrints_Zpapi.csv
ZetaPrints_WebToPrint.csv
ZetaPrints_Attachments.csv
?

2. The .csv file that holds w2p ext translations is called 
"ZetaPrints_WebToPrint.csv" or is it "zetaprints_w2p.csv". Lets settle on one 
and go with it. This differs in latest alphas and old stables.

Yes, file names were changes in the trunk. The w2p ext uses ZetaPrints_Zpapi.csv
 and ZetaPrints_WebToPrint.csv files.

Web-to-print extension

Supported locales:

- EN (by default)
- BG (out-of-date)
- ES (out-of-date)
- RU (up-to-date)

Included files:

ZetaPrints_Zpapi.csv
ZetaPrints_WebToPrint.csv

Post tasks for Petar and Atanas to update their locales when there are changes. 

We got to have the following listed on the extension spec page (magentoconnect):

EN
RU
BG
MK (Atanas ?)
DE (can be out of date)
ES (definitely out of date)

Tested on /mageimage/
Magento ver. 1.5.0.1
With latest stable release:
web_to_print_store_incl_theme   1.9.0.0 (stable)

BG, MK, ES, DE and RU locales are added with extension installation. BG and MK 
are updated locales, the others are the old ones from before.
