Repeating fields BUG #501

Some templates have repeating fields on multiple pages. The highlighter does 
not work properly if the page contains a field that was already dealt with on a 
previous page.

Replication instructions:
- Navigate to:
http://ec2-174-129-95-130.compute-1.amazonaws.com/mageimage/index.php/magentot-0
2/polar-bear-party-globe.html
- Hover the mouse over the preview. You should see the variable fields 
highlighted
- Go to the second page and hover. No fields are highlighted because the logo 
is a repeating field that was on the first page.
- Click on the preview image to see it in a FancyBox. The fields are 
highlighted now but there should be a notification pop-up when a user clicks on 
the logo.

Sorry.. looks like it has nothing to do with repeating fields. 
All multipage templates have bugs with the highlighter on pages other than the 
first:

Tested on /mageimage/
