4 months ago I tried a different airplay receiver app a few days ago and had the same issue, then both randomly started working again today.
I'm guessing this is a networking issue or an iOS bug or something like that, I'm gonna close this issue as I don't think PiP was the problem
The airplay receiver feature stopped working for me a few weeks ago. M1 Macbook Pro, Mac OS Sonoma. I'm not sure what triggered it to stop working.
It doesn't show up at all in the Screen Mirroring list in either of my iOS devices. They are on the same wifi network as the mac.
The native airplay receiver is definitely turned off in system preferences.
Is it still working for others? Are there any troubleshooting steps I can try?
