Why do we need this PR?

Use officially supported tensorboard in Pytorch1.1 #2

How is it implemented?

Update environment and src/utils/visualization.py

Other changes

Move model/model.py to model/networks/model.py to avoid confusion with metric and loss when more architectures are added in the future.
