markitup controls: <p> control missing #1

your markitup frame, at least as displayed in layout editing, is missing the paragraph control so the controls after it are shifted. also the H1 control is on a different line.

003b4a6 updated markitup style.css with namespacing so that the correct styles are applied when loading different markup editors
