raxml-ng in R? #126

Hello Can I use raxml-ng in rstudio? I only found documentation for raxml to be used in R Any advice? Thanks Marwa

Hi Marwa,

in general, you can call raxml-ng from R in the same way as any other executable. If you a looking for a R wrapper which will create raxml-ng command line and parse the results for you, the unfortunately I'm not aware of any. But maybe other raxml-ng users can help with this, please try to ask in our google support group, : https://groups.google.com/g/raxml
