We want to add support for experiments controlled by remote config.

Describe the solution you'd like

To add a better way of adding/ updating features, we want to add a support for experiements. We can use firebase's remote config for this.

In Prod, we're seeing that the experiment disabled case is being displayed for a split second, that might lead to unexpected bugs. We need to fix that.
