Summary

Removed unused page
Fixed the section/sub-section delete modal issue by removing the extra Modal state provider wrapper used in the dynamic form component
Added cancel button and confirmation for moving away from unsaved changes
skipped root wrapper test due to error and fixed Harward resume link

Tested the changes by locally running the repo
