Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Make the resume form sections and sub sections draggable.
The first section (basic details section) should not be draggable, and should be fixed at the top.
Rest of the sections should be draggable.
The subsections should also be draggable.

Describe the solution you'd like

Planning on using dnd-kit to achieve this.
Will also need to add tests for this

If dnd-kit causes any issue, can also look into using react-beautiful-dnd or react-dnd
