Basic Playwirght setup #19

Summary

Requirement:

Add e2e test setup using playwright

Changes made:

Added playwright test setup for acceptance tests
Added a small test file

Note:

The task is not yet complete as this PR only adds the support for e2e/acceptance tests using playwright. We still need to add the actual e2e tests and GitHub workflow for these e2e tests.

How Has This Been Tested?

Ran the e2e tests locally.
