Added the work experience section #21

Summary

Requirement:

All the input fields should work.
For the date field, "current"/end date are mutually exclusive (But optional).
- If current/end date is selected, then start date is required.
The big delete button on top deletes the whole section.
The smaller delete button deletes the sub sections.
The small plus below adds the sub section.

Changes made:

Added the checkbox input from shad cn
Added thwe work experience section
Updated the components accordingly
Used useFormContext instead of passing context, form and other useForm methods to the child components (Also updated the existing components)
This however is causing the existing tests to break. Will need to update it

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested the UI locally. Did not add tests yet. Will need to add the tests later once the e2e testing setup is complete.
