Added the dropdown menu in the Add Section Button #3

Summary

Requirement:

The Add section button should show a dropdown menu with the available sections to add.
Clicking outside the dropdown should close the dropdown without adding the section.
Clicking on the dropdown option should add the selected section.

Changes made:

Used the dropdown menu from shadcn to accomplish this
