BUG: List API doesn't return list items. #203

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Accessing the GetSanctionsListEntities API endpoint using the URL "https://us-central1-screener-9631e.cloudfunctions.net/GetSanctionsListEntities?list=dfat.gov.au" or any other available via the app Expected: Array of items in JSON format.
