where is 0.9.0-alpha come from? #305

I check yarn outdated see react-native-actions-sheet has a upgradable version 0.9.0-alpha.21, but where is this version from? I search the repo and google, has no any info about it.

I'm also unclear where:

0.8.29 0.8.28 0.8.27 0.8.25 0.8.24 0.8.23 0.8.22

All came from. There are no GH tags or whatnot.

Also why is the alpha version latest and not the main stable version?
