Update Documentation #327

What does this pull request do?

Upgrades next.js to 14.0.4
Changes _app.tsx to _app.mdx for better performance
Changes theme.config.js to theme.config.tsx for type checking
Add a click to copy function for codeblocks

Hi, thanks for the contribution. However his seems as not needed since the existing docs are working normally without issues.

It would add click to copy for codeblocks and improve performance by moving to _app.mdx.

Yup, but it also updates nextjs version which isn't needed.
