Here are the updated 20 reference genomes.

I will also send updated ompA sequences but that is not urgent atm.

Ooops I think we've had these in resources/ctReferences/individual/. Could you check if what is in this pull request is in present already?

Hey, Ammar,

2 things: The ones I uploaded yesterday are the correct ones. I have updated some of the genomes by adding in their nanopore versions... another aspect of the project that takes my time. Glad that part is 99% done.

And I just made a mistake now by uploading the 20 refs into the resources folder again. Can you please help delete them?
