misc changes #16

add the antiviral columns and changes the reference

@aradahir thanks for the code. Why did you change the references? There was a good reason why those refs were chosen, as they're the ancestral strains for everything current, and the positions of the mutations are to those references (eg if a del happens the positions stay constant).

@ammaraziz I think they want to change the references to be the same as in phylogenetic trees as they've recently updated the references of the trees and found that mutation calling was different from what they observed.
