Updating ffi cdef declarations with present gkylzero signatures.
Creating PlasmaFV.lua main app and MaxwellFieldFV.lua.
Wrapping wave_geom in RectGrid. The main app PlasmaFV accepts a new field called fv_mapc2p.

Annulus maxwell test with periodic boundary conditions agrees with gkylzero results.

The present mechanism needs some significant changes to use mapc2p from the app. Closing for now.

Switched to the alternative based on gkylzero's Moments.lua. See RP #115
