Updating g0-merge with the changes g0 Vlasov updater #113

The VlasovDG.lua has been updated to include changes to the Vlasov updater in g0, e.g., up to five auxiliary fields for PKPM. Currently works only for the default Vlasov mode.

I will submit this PR after discussing and implementing the required g2 App changes for SR and PKPM with @JunoRavin.

@manauref @pcagas had already started on the PR for regression tests in G2. We need to check that gyrokinetic regression tests are still working and add the appropriate use_gpu flags in places but just for your reference here's the PR we're aiming to merge by week's end.
