Removing some old code from the wscript for Mac builds #151

This code was necessary to build on Mac 7+ years ago, but now seems to actually break the build with the latest clang on OSX Sonoma and causes issues with the Mac ARM chips on OSX Ventura. Fortunately doesn't seem to break older Mac OS builds (perhaps because clang has changed a bit since 2016)
