Extend CartFieldIntegrate to support eps_gradperp_sq needed for GK ES energy diagnostic #152

Now the esEnergy diagnostic returns output like it used to, and we are now doing the volume integral on the GPU with the new g0 array_integrate updater.

Also removed a couple of things from a wscript no longer needed.
