A few more improvements #10

Changes:

Code cleanups (use functions, better comments)
Use more config variables
Drop delta from data output, but leave it in debug logging
Increase acceleration precision to 3 digits (configurable)
Use stop_us output to better coincide with acceleration timing (I think)

Very nice - So much easier to read.

Have been meaning to ask what brings the data collection to an end? Is it just a matter of removing power?

@RipVW Yeah, since the data is written frequently, the unit can be powered down at any time and the only loss will be a few samples since the last write, which usually are not critical (unless the battery dies).
