Refactors some aspects of Open Trickler code.

Fixes #17 Improves #15

Notable changes

Scale control is separated from trickler.
Motor control is separated from trickler.
Scale-readiness fixed (resolves NaN bug)
Speeds increased for improved performance.
More variables moved to ecosystem.config.js
Note added for PWM control PIN (coming soon)
Improved logging
Files moved into lib/
eslint config added.
Added convenience scripts for syncing Pi remotely.
