• Upgrade NodeJS version from 12.16.3 to 12.17.0 (security update)
• Add a VERSION file to use within scripts and make it easy for folks to see which version they are running.
• Add package.sh script to create tarball for use with buildroot
• Update ecosystem.config.js to default to pin 12 & adds notes about why
• Fix Buffer.alloc issue
• Copies some code from bleno to fix bluetooth advertising
• Add eslint config and commands for linting code
• Lint issue fixes
• Upgrades dependencies
