Hi looking at this its reallygood I wouldlike some help on a couple of pieces. A little background I have a clone pcb an with it being a lottery on wether you get genuine parts or even a working one I decided for a little knowledge and a personal project to make a fresh pcb with genuine parts or better, I'm not a professional so I've been taking my time I've seen another schematic that seems much more populated but I can't trust it as pin 23 on the PIC18F458 doesn't go to pain 1 on MCP2551. The 3 LED's in your schematic layout are missing LED connections red for 5v power? 1 on pin 25 of the mcu? The last would be K-line connection? Is this correct? There's no connection with the voltage regulator what capacitors Should I use? Would I be correct in assuming its 12V from the OBD plug and converts down to 4.5v? on my china clone 1 of the capacitors are one of the electrolytic capacitors is this correct? Could you help me with connecting the relays correctly I'm a little confused.
