Partial mods port for firmware v3.00.15 from v2.01.31 My two cents

Thanks for this brilliant work! It will be great to port the following mods from 2.01.31 LarSen to 3.00.15: mod_custom_noaa_freqs.py mod_disable_1050hz_noaa.py mod_roger_beep.py and maybe: mod_enable_am_everywhere.py mod_more_freq_steps_and_backlight_duration.py
