Permanent Display backlite. #103

A mode would be great to leave the backlite on permanently. I leave the radio in scanning mode for hours and it does not seem to empty the battery. So it would be nice to have the light on forever regardless of what the radio is doing to be able to read the frequency it is on without touching it.

If ever interested, I did it for v31 version. After applying this, setting ABR to 5 puts backlight forever. Pls have a look at https://github.com/Lar-Sen/Quansheng_UV-K5_Kitchen/blob/main/v2.01.31_mods/v31/mod_increase_backlight_timeout.py
